Help! I have a panel type EASY-30 v4.2.8 and I do not know what parameters to put in the fields: Heigh, width, Data poll & Oe poll and scan due to the fact that I do not have the panel installation manual anymore. Thanks a lot for the answer.

The only thing I've found about LED Center is a page with the software and a manual in PDF format. I recommend checking that manual to see how to configure and save the changes to your device.
Visit the following link to access the page or use this one to directly access the PDF file.
Note: If your browser doesn't have support for PDF reading, download a PDF reader.
We are trying to set up our panels but it keeps saying "Cannot connect to control card" whenever we try to load it and the TYPE is showing as unknown. Could someone please help?

I have tested the application as well and I've encountered the same issues. However, the software requires a device to be attached to computer in order to be used. Connect the device to computer and then use the SETUP menu to configure the software to recognize it and then the message will disappear allowing you to configure the device to display the data.

How to control the brightness of the display? I have a USB LED Display control card which is connected to my PC/laptop? I'm currently using LED Center v8.01.

If the USB LED Display control card is connected to your PC, launch the software, wait for it to recognize the connected device and click the Brightness button next to Hardware. After that, use the Click to view bar to configure the brightness/lightness from 0% to 100%. Once you select the desired brightness, click the Send button.
I suggest you install the program using CrossOver, a tool which allows you to run Windows applications on your Mac without requiring a Windows OS license. Also, you can use Boot Camp which lets you install Windows on a separate partition of your hard drive.
